Mini Class: More Shoulder Joint Training

The 'secret' to better joint health is more and better practice

Some very simple (not easy) training inputs here. I want you to try and minimize distractions when you do your other side so follow along as I train my right side here and then put your devices away and you should be more focused when you do your left side.

Pay attention to what your shoulder feels like before, during, and after class!
